REFUNDS: While I hope that every scent you order will be one you love, I realize that sometimes a scent won’t be to your liking. Before ordering a lot of products in one scent, you might want to consider ordering a smaller product in the scent to see if you like it. Since our products are customizable it makes it difficult to offer refunds or exchanges on a scent if you don`t care for it.
TAT: Turn-around time is usually less than two weeks. There are times during sales and other circumstances that it may take longer. I will do my best to give the most accurate TAT possible on the front page and make everyone aware of any changes in TAT.
